These terms govern your use of Broke Fix Flip ("BFF"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What BFF is

BFF is an informational tool. We surface public "for parts or not working" listings from eBay and show an estimated flip margin for each one. We are not eBay and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay. We do not sell items and we do not process the purchase. When you decide to buy, you are sent to eBay and transact there under eBay's terms.

Estimates, not guarantees

Working values are the median of active working-condition listings for a similar item. They are an estimate of resale potential, not sold data and not a promise. Faults shown are either stated by the seller or, where the seller gives none, estimated by BFF from a model's common failures. Repair costs are rough estimates. Nothing on BFF is a guarantee of profit, condition, or outcome. Always read the listing and do your own research before buying.

Affiliate links

BFF participates in the eBay Partner Network. Some outbound links to eBay are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no additional cost to you.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

BFF Pro subscription

BFF Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your profile, and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute BFF data, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BFF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any purchase decision you make based on information shown on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
