Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Broke Fix Flip ("BFF", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@brokefixflip.com.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address, a username you choose, and an authentication record. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in plain text.

Activity you create. Saved searches, watch-list items, and the listings you recently viewed, so we can show them back to you and power Pro alerts.

Payment information. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. We keep a Stripe customer and subscription reference so we can manage your plan.

Usage data. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about which pages are visited, to understand and improve the product.

How we use it

To run and secure your account, show your saved activity, send Pro alert emails when listings match your saved searches, process and manage subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (alert emails), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and eBay (outbound listing links). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are required to keep you signed in. Our analytics are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not use cookies to track you across other sites.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@brokefixflip.com. Deleting your account removes your saved searches, watch list, and viewed history.

Children

BFF is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Anyone older is welcome to browse. Note that buying on eBay and subscribing to BFF Pro may require you to be 18 or the age of majority where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
