What the seller says
Seller states
The watch powers on but is iCloud locked and cannot be set up or used without the original Apple ID credentials or removal of the activation lock.
Likely faults & repair cost
Account locked, not a repair. The seller indicates this device is activation, iCloud, MDM, or carrier locked. A locked device can be fully working and still cannot be resold as working, so the $46 spread does not apply. Treat it as parts only, and price it that way.
Repair costs are rough parts estimates, not a diagnosis of this exact unit. Confirm the fault and your repair path before you buy.
