What the seller says
Seller states
This unit has significant damage to the LCD and is being sold as-is. The glass is intact and uncracked, but the LCD panel underneath is destroyed. It appears the unit was opened at some point. The unit still powers on but outputs no video, other functions are untested. No iCloud lock or MDM.
Likely faults & repair cost
Account locked, not a repair. The seller indicates this device is activation, iCloud, MDM, or carrier locked. A locked device can be fully working and still cannot be resold as working, so the $650 spread does not apply. Treat it as parts only, and price it that way.
Repair costs are rough parts estimates, not a diagnosis of this exact unit. Confirm the fault and your repair path before you buy.
