What the seller says
Seller states
This tablet is MDM locked and remotely managed by an organization. It cannot be fully set up or used until it is released from that management. The SIM is carrier-unlocked, but the MDM lock applies. Sold for parts or repair – please be sure you understand MDM / device management before purchasing.
Likely faults & repair cost
Account locked, not a repair. The seller indicates this device is activation, iCloud, MDM, or carrier locked. A locked device can be fully working and still cannot be resold as working, so the $99 spread does not apply. Treat it as parts only, and price it that way.
Repair costs are rough parts estimates, not a diagnosis of this exact unit. Confirm the fault and your repair path before you buy.
