Listing this drill as a parts only/not working tool. When tested the impact does power on. However the motor seems week and spins slower than it should. Also some hesitation when the 4th mode is selected. NO RETURNS ON PARTS ONLY/NOT WORKING TOOLS. Please see pictures.
