What the seller says
Seller states
Device is MDM (Mobile Device Management) locked and sold for repair or parts only. The screen bezel has a small crack in the lower black plastic. Keyboard keys show wear.
Likely faults & repair cost
Account locked, not a repair. The seller indicates this device is activation, iCloud, MDM, or carrier locked. A locked device can be fully working and still cannot be resold as working, so the $176 spread does not apply. Treat it as parts only, and price it that way.
Repair costs are rough parts estimates, not a diagnosis of this exact unit. Confirm the fault and your repair path before you buy.
