The device does power and has been successfully reset & data wiped. We were able to verify that the iPad is not linked to an Apple ID. However, the iPad is being sold for parts / repair because the display is DAMAGED, the screen is cracked, and the frame has a SLIGHT BEND! The screen does have a slight FLICKER and may WORSEN over time! Since the display is damaged, we are not able to fully test the iPad and functions such as Touch ID and cameras could not be tested.
